This Privacy Policy explains how MainDraw collects, uses and protects information when you create an account, find tennis players, join tournaments, chat, enter scores or use paid features.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, date of birth, gender, post code, profile details and authentication data.
• Tennis profile information such as skill level, rank points, match history, scores, tournament entries and line-call feedback.
• Location-related data, including post code, approximate location and court/venue choices, to help find nearby players, courts and matches.
• Photos and media you upload, including profile photos, court photos and evidence submitted for disputes.
• Messages, invites, schedule details, check-ins, reports and moderation information needed to operate the platform safely.
• Payment and subscription status from payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device, app, analytics and diagnostic information used to keep the app secure and reliable.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To match you with nearby players, courts, tournaments and chats.
• To display profile details, photos, match cards, rankings and results to relevant users.
• To process purchases, subscriptions, stake credits, tournament entries, refunds and fraud checks.
• To support safety, moderation, dispute handling, no-show tracking and enforcement of our rules.
• To send service messages, push notifications and important account updates.
• To improve performance, diagnose bugs, measure usage and develop app features.

4. Location Data

MainDraw uses location-related data to help users find nearby players, courts and relevant matches. This may include your post code, approximate area, selected courts, map searches and venue details. You can control device location permissions through your device settings.

5. Photos and User Content

Photos you upload may be shown in your profile, player listings, court pages, chat contexts, tournaments or dispute workflows depending on where you upload them. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

6. Sharing and Third Parties

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We may share information with service providers that help operate MainDraw, such as hosting, analytics, maps, push notifications, payments, email, moderation and customer support providers.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse or fraud, or to enforce our Terms.
• Other users may see information needed for gameplay, such as your display name, profile photo, skill level, match history, chat messages, invites, scheduled venues and submitted scores.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe or Apple. These providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices. MainDraw receives purchase status, product identifiers, transaction references and related wallet/subscription information, but not full card numbers.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce safety rules and maintain match/tournament records. Some records may remain after account deletion where necessary for safety, legal, accounting or integrity reasons.

9. Your Choices

• You can update profile information in the app.
• You can manage device permissions such as location, photos and notifications in your device settings.
• You can request account deletion or contact support about privacy questions through the app.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong password and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. For privacy questions or requests, contact MainDraw through the in-app Help screen or the support contact listed in the app store.
